ECU (AHLS) Inspection

- Plug GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Start the engine and turn on the auto headlight system.
- Clear the DTC using the GDS.
- Did the same DTC return?
YES
- This DTC sets when download of parameters (vehicle information) was not carried out. Reset the AHLS ECU parameters.
NO
- Fault can be intermittent. Or, the AHLS ECU's memory was not cleared after repair. Thoroughly check connectors and wire harness for looseness, poor contact, bending, corrosion, deterioration, or damage.
