Trouble shooting Condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor CAN message
  1. Faulty FCA (SCC/AEB)
  2. No connection to other ECU's
  3. Other ECU's incorrectly occupy the CAN Bus line
  4. Defective wire
  5. Short circuit between CAN bus lines.
  6. Faulty ESP (ESC)
Threshold value
  • When abnormal CAN messages from FCA (SCC/AEB) is received.
Diagnosis time
  • ESP (ESC) under control: 500 milliseconds
  • ESP (ESC) no control: 100 milliseconds

  • No MIL
