DBC Switch Inspection

Switch: Resistance Approximately Ω
  1. Ignition Switch: OFF
  2. DBC Switch Connector: Disconnected
DBC Switch (+) Terminal DBC Switch (-) Terminal
  1. Is the result within specifications?

    YES 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor connection in DBC switch harness and/or ESP (ESC)'s connector. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

    NO 

    • Replace it with a new DBC Switch and see if it properly operates. If the problem is cleared, put the new DBC switch in place and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
