Repair Procedures: Removal

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Remove the air cleaner.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")
- Disconnect the ETC module connector (A).
- Loosen the ETC module mounting bolts (B).
Electronic throttle body mounting bolt :
7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb.ft)
- Separate the coolant hoses (A).
- Remove the ETC module (B) from the engine.
