Main Harness Circuit Inspection

Main harness Circuit Inspection (Ω) Infinite
  1. Ignition "OFF"
  2. Disconnect Anchor Pretensioner front-Driver connector
  3. Disconnect SRSCM connector.
"Low" terminal of the Anchor Pretensioner front-Driver harness connector. Chassis ground.
"High" terminal of the Anchor Pretensioner front-Driver harness connector.
  1. Is the measured resistance within specifications?

    YES 

    • Substitute a known-good SRSCM, and check for proper operation.

      If the problem is corrected, replace SRSCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

    NO 

    • Substitute the SRSCM main harness and check for proper operation.

      If the problem is corrected, replace SRSCM  main harness and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
