DTC Setting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor the voltage
  1. Poor contact of wire harness
  2. Open in signal circuit, short in power circuit
  3. Open in ground circuit
  4. Faulty Evaporator Sensor
  5. Faulty A/C Control Module
Prerequisite Condition
  • Turn the ignition switch ON
Threshold value
  • Voltage of the Evaporator Sensor is higher than 4.9V for over 0.3 sec
Fail safe
  • Temperature will be fixed at -2°C
