Monitor Current Data

  1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Turn the ignition switch ON and warm up the vehicle up to an operational temperature.
  3. Select "In-car Temperature Sensor - Front" parameter on the "Current Data" of the GDS.

  4. Is there a DTC?

    YES 

    • Since the In-Car Temperature Sensor is installed inside the A/C Control Panel, replace the A/C Control Module (HEATER AND A/C CONTROL UNIT ) with an usable one and check for proper operation. If it works properly, put the new component in place.
    • Repair or replace relevant component (s) as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".

    NO 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact of the component's and/or control module's connector. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, deterioration, or damage.
    • Repair or replace relevant component (s) as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
