DTC Setting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor the voltage
  1. Poor contact of wire harness
  2. Short in signal (Feedback line) circuit and power circuit
  3. Open in ground circuit
  4. Faulty temperature control actuator at passenger side
  5. Faulty A/C Control Module
Prerequisite Condition
  • Turn the ignition switch ON
Threshold value
  • Feedback line is greater than 4.9V for over 0.3 seconds
Fail safe
  • If the actuator is set to FRE mode, maintain the mode
  • If the actuator is set to REC mode, maintain the mode
