DTC Setting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor CAN signals from the TCS (ESC/ESP)
  1. Poor contact of connectors of each Communication Module
  2. Open/short in the CAN Communication circuit
  3. TCS (ESC/ESP) ECU
Prerequisite condition
  • Turn the Ignition Switch ON or start the Engine
Threshold value
  • A TCS 1/4/5 CAN message is not received
Diagnosis time
  • 2 sec.
