Pressure Sensor Power Circuit Inspection

  1. Is the result within specifications?

    YES 

    • This can be an intermittent fault caused by poor contact of the connector or wire harness. Or, the control module's memory was not cleared after repair. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
    • Repair or replace the relevant component(s) as necessary, and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".

    NO 

    • Inspect for a short between the signal circuit and ground circuit attached to the pressure sensor connector.
    • Inspect for a short between chassis ground and the signal circuit attached to the pressure sensor connector.
    • Repair or replace the relevant component(s) as necessary, and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR ".
