Check The Power Supply Circuit For The Diagnosis

- Measure the voltage between terminal 16 of the data link connector and body ground.

- Is voltage within specification?
YES
- Check the ground circuit for the diagnosis.
NO
- Repair an open in the wire. Check and replace fuse from the engine compartment junction block.
