DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty BLS circuit
  • Faulty BLS
  • Faulty master cylinder
Enable Condition Case1
  • Normal battery voltage (9 to 16V)
  • ABS, TCS, ESC and HAC are not controlled
  • Pressure of master cylinder is greater than 15bar
Case2
  • Normal battery voltage (9 to 16V)
  • ABS, TCS, ESC and HAC are not controlled
  • Pressure of master cylinder is greater than 15bar
  • Vehicle speed is more than 20 kph (12.4 mph)
Threshold Value Case1
  • BLS "OFF" for more than 3s (or 1s x 3 times)
Case2
  • BLS "OFF" for more than 360s (or 120s x 3 times)
Warning Lamp
  • ESC
Disable Condition
  • When the ignition switch turns off and then on
    1. BLS "OFF" and pressure sensor < 7bar for 1s
    2. BLS "ON" and pressure sensor > 15bar for 1s
