DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Pressure sensor monitoring
  • Electrical noise signal
  • Abnormal pressure value due to residual air
  • Faulty pressure sensor (built in HECU)
Enable Condition
  • Normal battery voltage (12.5 to 14.5V)
  • No braking input and motor drive, and it is not low voltage
  • APS is more than 40%
Threshold Value
  • When the pressure sensor value is greater than ±15bars for more than 2s
Warning Lamp
  • ESC, EPB
Disable Condition
  • When pressure sensor value is below 15bar after driving more than 10 KPH (6.21 MPH) after the ignition switch turns off and then on
