Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  2. Ignition "ON".
MFC connector 7 (ON/START Input) Chassis ground - B+
11 (ground) - Approx. below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "ON".
ICU connector 11 (C-CAN high) Chassis ground - Fig.1
ICU connector 10 (C-CAN low) Chassis ground -
  1. Ignition "OFF" and disconnect the battery (-) terminal.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
MDPS unit connector 7 (C-CAN high) MFC connector 10 (C-CAN high) Approx. below 1Ω
MDPS unit connector 8 (C-CAN low) MFC connector 4 (C-CAN low) Approx. below 1Ω
