Removal And Installation

Information 

  1. Separate the front door quadrant inner cover (A) by using the remover.

  2. Using a flat-tip or remover, remove the front door pull handle cap (A).

  3. Loosen the mounting screw and remove the front door trim (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    4.9 - 5.9 N.m (0.4 - 0.5 kgf.m, 2.9 - 3.6 lb.ft, 34.7 - 43.4 lb.in)

  4. Remove the front door inside handle cage (A).

    Information 

    Cage must be assembled until it makes clicks sound.

  5. Disconnect the connectors (A).

  6. To install, reinstall in reverse order of removal procedure.

    Information 

    • Make sure the connector is connected properly.
    • Make sure the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
    • Replace any damaged clips.
