Trouble shooting Condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor the BSD ECU CAN signal
  1. Poor contact of IG wire harness connector
  2. Open/short in wire harness
  3. BSD ECU (LH)
Prerequisite condition
  • Battery voltage is normal
  • 1.5 sec. after turning the ignition switch on
Threshold Value
  • The installation angle of the sensor exceeds the permitted range (correction angle +/- 7.3 degrees)
Diagnosis time
  • 1 sec.
