  • Monitor the CAN signal between the BSD ECU RH and LH
  1. Poor contact of connector
  2. Open/short in wire harness
  3. BSD switch
  4. BSD ECU (LH)
Prerequisite condition
  • Battery voltage is normal
  • 1.5 sec. after turning the ignition switch on
  • Engine is running
Threshold Value
  • CAN signals were not received or have an error
Diagnosis time
  • after 2 sec.
