Trouble shooting Condition Possible Cause
Main action
  • Monitor the voltage and current of the signal circuit of the lefthand indicator
  1. Battery short or open in leftside indicator wire harness
Prerequisite condition
  • Battery voltage is normal
  • 1.5 sec. after turning the ignition switch on
  • Turn on the BSD or RCTA switch
  • Turn on the leftside indicator ON
Threshold Value
  • There is a battery short/open in the leftside indicator's wire harness.
Diagnosis time
  • after 1 sec.
