Monitor GDS Data

- Ignition ON & Vehicle "STOP".
- Connect GDS and select "Data Analysis" mode.
- Select "Current Data" mode and monitor "Actuator Direction" parameter.
- Select and perform Actuation test "Actuator Control - Apply" and "Actuator Control - Release".
- Select "Actuator Control - Apply or Release" from the "Actuation Test" items and click the "Start" button.
- Check if the "Actuator Direction" value from the "Current Data" items changes to "Applying or Releasing", and check if the operation sounds of left and right motors are similar.

- Applying or Releasing
- Check whether the operation sounds of left and right motors are same or not
- Is parameter within specifications?
YES
- Fault is intermittent and caused either by poor contact in connectors or wiring harness, or it has been repaired and Control Module memory is not cleared yet or battery performance status. Thoroughly check terminal of battery, all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Go to Next procedure.
