Monitor GDS Data

■ Pressure Sensor Calibration 

  1. IG "ON", ENG "OFF".
  2. Stand the vehicle on a flat ground without any inclination.
  3. Don't press brake pedal.
  4. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  5. Perform Pressure Sensor Calibration (Fig 1).

  6. Is "Pressure Sensor Calibration" completed normally?

    YES 

    NO 

    • According to negative response from AHB, inspect wiring harness, BLS, etc.
    • Substitute with a known-good AHB ECU and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace AHB ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
      NOTE: * In a case of replacing AHB, operate following functions
      1. "Brake Pedal Travel Sensor Calibration" for brake pedal travel sensor offset correction (refer to C1380 )
      2. "Pressure Sensor Calibration" for pressure sensor offset correction (refer to C1384 )
