- Ambient Air Temperature (AAT) is higher than -10°C (14°F)
- Vehicle speed is slower than 12 km/h (7.5 mph)
- Fuel level is less than 85%
- Time after engine starts has passed 100 second.
- Ambient pressure is greater than 70 kPa (700 hPa)
- Canister load is less than 0.35
- Differential fuel tank pressure is between -1100 Pa and 400 Pa
- Time since last EVAP monitoring test abortion is longer than 60 sec
- Battery voltage is greater than 10 V
