Vapor Line Diagram & Test Condition

- Disconnect Hose from PCSV goes to fuel tank
- Block the hole at the end of disconnected hose with a appropriate plug
- Remove Canister Service Hall Cover underneath rear seat or trunk luggage floor
- After disconnecting Vapor line coupler, install a Vacuum pump & gauge on the Hose to PCSV
- Check vacuum leakage through the Vapor Line with Hand Vacuum Pump operation
Specification: No Leakage
- Does a leak exist?
YES
- Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Go to 'CCV & Canister Line Diagram & Test Condition procedure below.
