CCV & Canister Line Diagram & Test Condition (Separated Structure of FTPS & Canister)

Connect Vacuum pump & gauge to one of the disconnected vapor line hoses that goes to Canister.
After disconnecting hose that attaches to the Canister and Fuel tank, block the hole up with appropriate plug
NOTE: Remove the fuel tank if plugging hose is impossible on the vehicle
Close the CCV with Actuation test function on GDS.
NOTE: In case that fuel tank is removed, energize B+ and Ground for CCV closing
Check leakage between CCV and Canister line with vacuum pump & gauge operation
Specification: No Leakage

Does a leak exist?
YES
- Go to Determine whether the cause of leakage is Canister or CCV procedure below.
NO
- If no needle movement for more than 1 min, perform the test 3~4 times again after CCV ON/OFF more than 3 times.
- If maintaining vacuum, Go to 'Fuel tank' troubleshooting procedure below.
