Signal Circuit Inspection

■ Check open or short to ground in signal circuit
- IG "OFF". Disconnect CKPS connector.
- IG "ON".
- Measure voltage between signal terminal of CKPS harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 5 V
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to next procedure.
NO
- Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
