DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Plausibility check
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Boost Pressure Sensor (PUT)
Enable Conditions
  • Engine off time is longer than 4 sec
  • PUT sensor voltage is higher than 0.16 V and lower than 4.92 V
  • 0.15 V to less than MAP sensor voltage is higher than 0.15 V and lower than 4.85 V
Threshold Value
  • 3 preconditions under the engine stop
    • Difference between PUT (pressure upstream throttle) pressure and MAP (manifold air pressure) is higher than 10 KPa
    • Difference between PUT (pressure upstream throttle) pressure and AMP (atmosphere pressure) is higher than 10 KPa
    • Difference between AMP (atmosphere pressure) and MAP (manifold air pressure) is lower than 10 KPa
