Power Circuit Inspection

■ Check voltage

IG "OFF". Remove PCB block (fuel pump relay).
IG "ON".
Measure voltage between battery power supply terminals of PCB block (fuel pump relay) harness and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. B+
Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Check "Fuel Pump Fuse" is not installed or blown off and repair or replace as necessary. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- Go to "CONTROL CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Check "Fuse" between PCB block (fuel pump relay) and battery is not installed or blown off.
- Check the Main relay that is not installed or blown off.
- Repair or replace power circuits to relay as necessary. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
