DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor idle speed
  1. Intake system for blockage
Enable Conditions
  • Vehicle speed = 0
  • Coolant temperature is higher than 140°F (60°C)
  • Intake air temperature is higher than 13.1°F (-10.5°C)
  • Accel. Pedal = 0%
Threshold value Case 1
  • Desired engine speed is over 200 RPM lower than actual engine speed or Actual Idle torque is 20 Nm lower than Idle torque
Case 2
  • Fuel cut-off is higher than 3 times
Diagnostic Time
  • 8 seconds
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
