Ground Circuit Inspection

- IG "OFF".
- Disconnect CMPS connector.
- IG "ON" & ENG "OFF".
- Measure voltage between power terminal of CMPS harness connector and chassis ground. (A)
- Measure voltage between power and ground terminals of CMPS harness connector. (Measurement "B")
Specification: Voltage difference between measurement "A" and "B" is below 200mV
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
