DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • No signal activity
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or Short to ground in harness
  3. HO2S (S2)
  4. ECM
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10.7 V
  • Lambda is than 0.8 for 8sec
Threshold Value
  • Downstream O2S voltage is lower than 0.65 V.
Diagnostic Time
  • 10 sec
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
