DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor's signal
  1. Poor connection
  2. Poor connection or leakage of fuel line
  3. Open stuck of over pressure relief valve (OPV)
  4. Fuel pressure sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Target fuel pressure is higher than 250 kPa and lower than 600 kPa.
  • Engine Running
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10 V
Threshold Value
  • The deviation between target and actual fuel pressure is higher than 100 kPa (14.5psi)
Diagnostic Time
  • 10sec.
MIL ON Condition
  • NO MIL
