System Inspection

■ Visual inspection of fuel line 

1. Check the fuel line for following conditions:
   • Damage or leaking fittings and seals
   • Bent or restricted fuel line
2. Has a problem found in this procedure?

   YES 

   • Repair or replace as necessary. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

   NO 

   • Go to "Check blockage and leakage of fuel line" as follows.

■ Check blockage and leakage of fuel line 

1. Disconnect hose between high pressure fuel pump and fuel pump.
2. Remove fuel remained in the hose.
3. Check that air can pass through the hose by blowing air into the hose by airgun.
4. Has a problem found in this procedure?

   YES 

   • Repair or replace as necessary. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

   NO 

   • Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " as follows.
