Case 1 Enable Conditions
  • ECT is lower than 122°F
  • The time after engine starts is shorter than 30 seconds.
  • The temperature difference between actual temp. and start temp. is lower than 33.8°F
Threshold Value
  • The temperature difference between actual temp. and model temp. is lower than 13.1°F
Case 2 Enable Conditions
  • Integrated air mass is higher than 1.0kg
  • ECT is higher than 108.5°F
Threshold Value
  • The temperature difference between actual temp. and model temp. is higher than 56.3°F
Diagnostic Time
  • 120 sec
Case 3 Enable Conditions
  • Number of following driving conditions for at least 18 sec is higher than twice.
    • ECT at start is lower than 167°F
    • Vehicle speed is lower than 24.8mph
    • Air flow is lower than 32kg/h
  • Number of following driving conditions for at least 18 sec is higher than 4times.
    • Vehicle speed is lower than 3mph
    • Air flow is between 24kg/h and 300kg/h
