DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring the deviation of short term fuel trim
  1. Air leakage
  2. Improper fuel pressure
  3. PCV valve stuck
  4. Clogging of injector
Enable Conditions
  • Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) higher than 73°C (163.4°F)
  • Engine speed higher than 512 RPM
  • Barometric pressure greater than 75 kpa
Threshold Value
  • Short term trim value at Min. Limit for more than 40 sec of total monitoring time (90 sec) greater than 50%
Diagnostic Time
  • 90 sec.
Mil On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
