Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage Range Check
 1. Open or short in AAT (Ambient Air Temperature) circuit
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition key On
Threshold Value
  • Air Conditioner (FATC) sends "FF" as ambient air temperature on CAN.

    ("FF" means ambient air temperature circuit is short or open)
Diagnostic Time
  • 1 second
Mil On Condition
  • 3 Driving Cycles
