Repair Procedures: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove the air duct.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")

  2. Disconnect the battery (-) terminal (A) and then (+) terminal (B).
  3. Remove the TCM.

    (Refer to Automatic Transaxle System - "DCT CONTROL MODULE (TCM) Transaxle Control Module (TCM)")

  4. Remove the battery mounting bracket (D) and the insulation pad (C), and then remove the battery (E).

  5. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")

  6. Disconnect the front connector (A) and then remove the battery tray (B).
