DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring CAN messages
  1. Faulty BCM System
  2. Open or short in C-CAN communication line
Enable conditions
  • IG ON
  • Battery voltage is between 9V ~ 16V
Threshold value
  • BCM message (driver door/seat belt, hood, trunk signal, etc) is not received for 2.5 sec
Fail-Safe
  • Automatic release function inhibited
Lamp
  • Lamp On
