Removal and Installation

Remove the Engine Cover.
Disconnect the Battery Negative Terminal.
Remove the Air Duct And Air Cleaner Assembly.
Tightening Torque

Hose Clamp Bolt:

2.9 ~ 4.9N.m (0.3 ~ 0.5 kgf.m, 2.2 ~ 3.6 lb-ft)

Air Cleaner Assembly Bolts:

7.8 ~ 9.8N.m (0.8 ~ 1.0 kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 7.2 lb-ft)
1. Remove the Air Duct (A).
2. Disconnect the Breather Hose (B), RCV Hose (C) and Air Intake Hose (D).
3. Remove the Air Cleaner Assembly (E).

  NOTE: Hose clamp is fitted by matching from the hose stopper plate.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
