General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Prevent the current value caused by the line faulty of a current sensor
  • Prevent the control logic error caused by abnormal current value
  1. Current Sensor
  2. Poor connection or open in harness between battery module and BMS
  3. Hybrid Battery Current Sensor
  4. Faulty BMS ECU
Detecting Method
  • Satisfied with threshold value for more than 5 sec.
Enable Condition
  • Ignition ON Auxiliary battery volts between 9V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • The case of Current sensor value > 210A is more than 5 sec.
DTC Release Condition
  • The case of Current sensor value < 200A is more than 5 sec.
Service Lamp ON Condition
  • In case of 2 time DC (Driving cycle: ST ON ~ IG OFF 2 time)
Service Lamp "OFF" Condition
  • In case of satisfying release condition
Safety Mode
  • Normal High voltage: Main relay ON
  • BMS available POWER: Power Directing
