General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Prevention of Accidents due to Hybrid Battery Pack Deterioration
  1. Hybrid battery pack
  2. BMS ECU
Detecting Method
  • Satisfied with threshold value for more than 10min.
Enable Condition
  • Ignition ON Auxiliary battery volts between 9V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Max Cell resistance input Higher than 13mΩ (Battery Capacity < 10% of normal)
DTC Release Condition
  • Ignition OFF
Service Lamp ON Condition
  • In case of 2 time DC (Driving cycle: ST ON ~ IG OFF 2 time)
Service Lamp "OFF" Condition
  • In case of satisfying release condition
Safety Mode
  • Normal High voltage: Main relay ON
  • BMS available POWER: Normal Power
