General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN Signal Check
  1. Poor connection
  2. Power supply to each Module
  3. Open or short in Each Module Communication line
  4. Open or short in HCU communication line
  5. 120Ω register (Inside BMS & PCM)
Enable Conditions
  • IG ON
  • HCU READY ON
  • Aux. Battery Voltage is between 9V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Failure on CAN Communication line for more than 5 sec.
Threshold Value
  • Failure on CAN Communication line for more than 1 sec.
Diagnosis Time
  • 1sec.
DTC
  • 2 Driving Cycle
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycle
Service Lamp Condition
  • 1 Driving Cycle
