General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN Signal Check
  1. Poor connection
  2. CAN Communication
  3. Open or short in PCM communication line
Enable Conditions
  • IG ON
  • HCU READY ON
  • Aux. Battery Voltage is between 9V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • No signal via CAN for 0.5~2.0 seconds or receiving Error value
Diagnosis Time
  • 0.5 ~ 2 sec.
DTC
  • 2 Driving Cycle
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycle
Service Lamp On Condition
  • 1 Driving Cycle
