DTC Strategy
  • Check Engine System
  1. Engine System
  2. Generator (HSG) System
  3. Drive Motor System
  4. BMS System
  5. DC high voltage cable & connector
  6. ETC System
Enable Conditions
  • IG KEY ON
  • HCU Ready
  • HEV Ready
  • Battery voltage is between 9V and 16V
  • less than SOC 48%
  • No CAN communication fault
  • BMS controllable
  • MCU controllable
  • GCU controllable
  • ECU controllable
  • TCU controllable
Threshold Calue
  • The deviation between the current SOC and the previous SOC (10s ago) <= 0.5 % when the accumulated net target power for 10 sec exceeds the threshold (54kJ) of charging energy

  • 2 Driving Cycle
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycle
Service Lamp On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycle
