Signal Circuit Inspection

IG KEY OFF.
Disconnect Engine PCM connector.
IG KEY "ON".
Measure voltage between signal terminal of PCM harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : About 12V

Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Check open or short to signal circuit and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
