General Information: General Description

The Steering Angle Sensor has a function to sense a steering angle and a velocity of a steering wheel.

The procedure is as follows: A drive turns a steering wheel Main/Sub-Gear turns Rotation angle senses A steering angle is calculated. The EPS (MDPS = Motor Driving Power Steering) CM uses signals of Steering Angle Sensor and controls for its restoring and damping control.
