General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • No message from ECM
  1. Open or Short in CAN communication harness
  2. PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Time after TCM turns on >0.5sec.
  • 10V < Solenoid supplied power < 16V
Threshold Value
  • Message from ECM No message
Diagnostic Time
  • More than 2sec.
Fail safe
  • Engine RPM:3000rpm
  • Throttle: 50%
  • Engine torque: Max*0.7

    * Inhibit TIME OUT happen at BUS OFF happen.
