Power Circuit Inspection

■ Open/Short Circuit Inspection

Disconnect 18pin connector of Oil Pump Unit
1. IG KEY OFF.
2. Measure a voltage between ON/START power pin of OPU relay wire side and chassis ground.
3. Measure a voltage between relay control pin of OPU relay wire side and chassis ground.
  Specification: Battery voltage

4. Is the measurement within specifications?
  YES
  - Go to next step.
  NO
  - Inspect and repair between battery and relay.
    * Disconnect relay of oil pump.
    - Measure a voltage between power pin(30) of oil pump relay and chassis ground.
    - Measure a voltage between power pin(85) of oil pump relay and chassis ground.
