General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring voltage range (Circuit open check)
 OPU/EOP (EOP 3-phase line)
Enable Conditions
  • Motor wiring wire open (more than 2-phase) OPU run hall signal normal EOP rpm = 0
  • Motor wiring wire open (1-phase) OPU run TCU command is EOP off
Threshold Value
  • OPU internal Vcharge_pump > 8V
  • OPU internal Vm_pump >= 5.5V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continue for over 1 sec.
Fail safe
  • Prohibit EOP control
  • UD, LR slip control
