Monitor Scantool Data

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Engine "ON".
  3. Driving 1st speed to 6th speed at D-range.
  4. Select "Current Data" mode and monitor "Engine clutch" parameter current value.

    Ex) Operation

    * EC may be working or not according to by driving situation and loading condition

  5. Is Engine clutch value control values within specific?

    YES 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact of PCM/TCM & sensor and DTC was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
