General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Function error
 OPU/EOP (OPU Power control)
  1. OPU Power stack error
  2. EOP stuck error
  3. 3-phase wiring short to VB, GND
Enable Conditions
  • Power stack error OPU run, EOP rpm=0 Hall signal normal
  • Motor wiring wire short to VB/GND motor in control Hall signal normal
Threshold Value
  • OPU internal Vcharge_pump > 8V
  • OPU internal Vm_pump >= 5.5V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continue for over 1 sec,
Fail safe
  • Prohibit EOP control
  • UD, LR slip control
