General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • 1st gear incorrect ratio
  1. Input speed sensor fault
  2. Output speed sensor fault
  3. Clutch slip in Transmission (2/6 brake, OD clutch) or oil pressure controller fault
Enable Conditions
  • Solenoid power voltage> 10V
  • ATF temperature Sensor > -10°C(23.8°F)
  • Time after shift changing finish > 1sec.
  • Input speed > 400rpm
  • Output speed >150rpm
  • Shift stage 1st. gear
  • TR switch = "D" range
Threshold Value
  • Output speed<(input speed-200rpm)/1st. gear ratio
Diagnostic Time
  • 1 sec. and 4 times
Fail safe
  • Locked into 4th gear
